DESCRIPTION:
LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is an anti-friction hyper-lubricant based on silicone-polymer, with high lubrication properties and high chemical and thermal stability. LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is used to reduce friction on all metals known and used in the industry. LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL forms a long-lasting protection on all parts working in friction. LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is compatible with all detergent, synthetic and synthetic mineral oils as well as chlorinated hydrocarbons. Only graphite oils are not compatible. LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is not an additive because it does not modify the molecular structure of the oils. LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL does not present any risk of losing the warranty of your equipment. LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is not detectable by oil analysis because it binds to metal surfaces only. Due to its molecular structure, LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL cannot cause any risk of filter clogging. Motor oils have a tearing resistance between 2 and 5 kg/mm2 LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is 160 kg/mm2. The flash point of the oils is typically between 200° and 260°. The flash point of LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is 650°.
DOSAGE:
Reduction of contact friction (combustion engines, compressors, static bearings): 2% of the oil volume of LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL. Power transmission (gearboxes, gear boxes): 4% of the volume of oil of LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL. For all 2-stroke engines (tillers, chainsaws, go-karts...): treat the oil at a rate of 2% and mix your petrol and diesel oil treated with LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Incorporation after running-in of industrial equipment (at least 50 hours in operation). Shake the compounds strongly in order to obtain perfect homogeneity. Incorporate in one go LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL in hot oil, ideally at the temperature nominal operating range of the oil provided in the equipment (90°- 100°). The complete protection of the surfaces is ensured after 30 min of operation. It is normal during this period that a significant release of water vapor may occur(evaporation of traces of aqueous components in the oil). No need to increase the dosage for curative treatment of local heating.
CURATIVE MODE:
In case of gripping, LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL is used pure. It is strongly advised not to use LUBSIL INDUSTRIEL in mechanisms using frictional forces, such as: wet clutches, automatic gearboxes, brakes and self-locking axles.
